One of the few times I've seen a Brexiter corrected on this issue. From 10 December. @AdamBoulton corrects Martin Howe QC from @lawyers4britain on his claim that most of our trade is done on WTO terms. He gets pissy. Note his final "yes it is, it's true!"

The Attorney General explains in parliament that though there is no obligation in EU law to honour the £39bn commitment, there is in international law.
The US-UK trade deal submissions are now closed, but shall we look at the trade deal preparations from the other side of the Atlantic?

I rebutted @DCBMEP's original thread. He deleted most of it and retweeted it here. So here's my original rebuttal thread on why he's wrong, slightly elaborated.
Yesterday Sir David Edward former British ECJ judge appeared on the BBC interviewed by @BBCSimonMcCoy. He explained that the British public had been woefully misinformed by the Leave campaign about the role of the ECJ and the EU in general.
This is a video of Michael Gove now telling farmers how no-deal Brexit would utterly, utterly shaft British farming - while New Zealand would get to send the EU a quota of meat tariff-free.
