Scottish Government will leave no stone unturned in its efforts to return Scotland to the European Union.
Presiding officer Ken Macintosh said the flag will come down at 11pm on January 31, when the UK leaves the EU.
The UK may no longer be an EU member but, as the current health crisis shows, cooperation continues to be essential.
