A man was arrested outside the Labour MP's constituency office after allegedly "smacking the windows" and shouting "facist".
Man allegedly tried to smash windows after Phillips tabled urgent question in the Commons on inflammatory language.
Politician says she received letter reading: ‘People like you...will be found dead in a ditch’.
