Act legally forces May to extend the UK’s time in the EU. / Historic legislation to delay Brexit has been passed by MPs in a frantic bid to force Theresa May to avoid crashing out of the EU without a Brussels deal.
The bill will now be voted on again at 10pm when it will become clear whether MPs want to make a no-deal Brexit illegal.
